yeah if you just explain and submit a ticket on the plaync support they will ask you for the cd keys and the infomation used when creating the account. but you will need to know the email address and a char name.

pretty sure i know the email adress used, but have no clue on my character name :/ dam first name and last name >.<

Slight problem, the ticket states i have lost my NCsoft username and account password, my guildwars account that i have forgotten is not a NCsoft account...

Email [email protected] and put LOST LOGIN INFO in the subject line. Include in the message any proofs of ownership you can supply such as access keys, probable email address, campaigns owned, approx. creation date, character profession/name/creation date, owner name/address/birthdate, etc. Anything that will help prove you own the account.

Well, Apparently my account has been blocked for an account issue, which was that it was accessed by gold sellers >.<
Guessing i just do the same thing and email them again to get it un-blocked :S

well if it has been blocked there really isnt anything you can do about it, unless you can prove that it wast you on the account which is impossible, same happened to me a year ago, account hacked, then banned, but luckily they can trace IP's from when the account was used or something, so it was unbanned, but then that was before they got really strict on their rulings.

Thanks for all your help guys, Got an email saying my account has been unblocked and such, but now i cant login? error code=227?
EDIT: i know i am entering the correct password as i had it rest, and have entered it multiple times.

Are you entering all 3 fields on the login?
Email Adress
Password
Character name?
The last was added since you left, but you need to enter all 3 to be able to access the game now.

Ah I see okay, well there's the problem i stopped playing well over 6 months ago so I can't remember any of my characters names ect. :S
Is there anything I can do ?

If youve got any friends who have you still listed in their friendslists you could ask them via another channel (IRC, Xfire, MSN, real life aquaintances etc...).
If you cant contact anyone who may know one of your character names, then you will have to submit a new ticket, or reopen the last one with "Forgotten Character name" in the subject line.
Again providing any known information you have to be able to prove the account is yours (incase you submit a new ticket).
They should be able to give you the needed information then.
P. S. Yoru new Password is not in the list of "any known information you have to be able to prove the account is yours"... but that should be common knowledge nowadays anyways.

you obvously didnt play enough then i have just come back to the game, but knew what my char names were, also the char name thing was added almost a year ago.

Can i just say (in the defence of NC soft)
My sons account was hacked by gold sellers and then had a code=045 block put on the account over 18 months ago( he stopped playing but has now decided he wants to play again )
It took less than 24 hour to get the account back!
I couldnt remeber any of the char names
As long as you have the 25 digit code, access to the email address and know what details you put in when you created the account it takes no time at all!
They even sorted the NCsoft Master account out which the gold seller hacked too.
